I have been pretty active my entire life. I grew up playing volleyball, basketball in junior high and did track and field. I wasn’t the best athlete by any means, but I loved it. I loved the competition and I loved being active. Once I got to high school, I knew I didn’t want to spend all of my free time at practice, (oh heyyyy social life, I’m lookin at you) so I picked up running.

Guest Blogger: Happiest Bootcamper Testimony
When I started bootcamp in March 2016 I would have never thought that 10 months later I would still be committed to going. I typically am the type to sign up for an exercise class, attend a couple of months, and then let it fall to the back burner or use it as an excuse to cut another expense. DWF Bootcamp has been completely different for me. It has been a complete lifestyle change to say the least. A year ago if someone would have told me that I would be waking up three days a week at 4:30am to workout I would have told them they were crazy! Flash forward to now and I can't imagine my life without attending Darby's classes.
Not only are the classes fun but they are different EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Darby does not just claim to be different than the norm, she 100% is authentic and teaches in a way to boost your confidence to another level. I've never been so happy with the way my body looks and feels and to be honest I haven't dropped a size or lost a crazy amount of weight - but I have completely toned up, lost inches, and my clothes just fit better. I look and feel healthy!
For anyone on the fence of whether or not you think you should join I would say JUST TAKE THE LEAP! You will not regret it. Make yourself come for a minimum of three months and I promise you that you will develop a lifestyle change too. Darby is passionate about her work and her light shines through in every class she teaches. If you are wanting to feel good about yourself this is the place to be!
