Plyoga

PLYOGA is a 4 part interval training system using the benefits of fundamental & accelerated yoga as an active recovery for plyometric (reactive) movement. This class combines the AMAZING benefits of HIIT training/plyometrics, with YOGA as our active recovery!! You'll have the benefits of the CRAZY calories burn from HIIT, AND the flexibility training of YOGA....all in one 45 minute workout!! It is also 100% modifiable for anyone!! You can modify any of the plyometrics movements, and still reap the benefits - plus strengthen your body with all of the yoga postures throughout the workout! PLYOGA is the perfect blend of the power and explosiveness of plyometrics with the strength and balance of yoga!

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is the signature class offered by Darby Walker Fitness. Get ready to sweat, drop inches, lose weight and have FUN! We use a combination of training methods including: body weight training, plyometrics, resistance training, and speed and agility all in a high intensity format. Each class is different from the last, and includes weekly physical and nutritional challenges to help you get the absolute most out of your fitness goals! Bootcamp was created to help you chanllenge yourself without worrying about keeping up with someone else. This workout is geared to push each individual at their current fitness level. Plus, we laugh, a LOT!

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is a great option for anyone that is needing or wanting individualized workouts written specifically for their personal goals. After determining your specific needs and goals, I will tailor a customized, step-by-step, progressive training program designed specifically for reaching the goals you have. Along with personalized training sessions, you will also receive nutritional guidance to help facilitate results outside of our time training together, making the most of your time and money. Want to train with a friend or two? Semi-private sessions are a great option for anyone wanting to bust out their workout with their BFF!
